Plain-language Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for the True Labour platform. Read carefully before posting a labour requirement.

01 Introduction

1.1
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the True Labour platform ("Platform").
1.2
By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3
The Platform is designed specifically for labour requirements in the brick kiln industry.

02 Definitions

2.1
"Brick Kiln Owner" means any individual or business operating a brick kiln and posting labour requirements.
2.2
"Contractor" means any labour supplier or intermediary providing workforce.
2.3
"Lead" means verified contact details of a contractor interested in fulfilling a requirement.
2.4
"Platform" means True Labour.

03 Platform Role

3.1
The Platform acts only as a facilitation service for labour requirements.
3.2
The Platform connects brick kiln owners with contractors.
3.3
The Platform is used for:
  • Booking labour
  • Providing feedback on contractors and labour
3.4
The Platform does NOT guarantee:
  • Final hiring
  • Labour rates or wages
  • Advance payment terms
  • Work quality or completion
3.5
The Platform is responsible only for providing genuine leads and not for final deal closure.
3.6
A lead is considered delivered once contractor details are shared with the user.

04 Service Guarantee

4.1
The Platform guarantees a minimum of 3 genuine contractor leads per requirement.

If we fail to deliver 3 verified contractor leads for a paid add-on requirement, you're entitled to a full refund under Section 12.2 below.

05 Requirement Process

5.1
The Platform may contact the user for requirement verification.
5.2
Each requirement cycle is valid for 30 days from the date of posting.

06 User Responsibilities

6.1
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
6.2
Users must respond to leads in a timely manner.
6.3
Misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination.

07 Disclaimer

7.1
The Platform is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between owners and contractors.
7.2
All agreements between parties are independent of the Platform.

08 Advance Payment

8.1
Advance payments to contractors are discouraged.
8.2
Any such payments are made at the user's own risk.

⚠️ Important

True Labour does not hold or process advance payments made to contractors directly. We strongly advise using staggered payments tied to work milestones.

09 Gold Package (Base Plan)

9.1
The Platform operates on a fixed annual service cycle, starting from 1st July and ending on 30th June of the following year ("Season").
9.2
The Gold Package is valid only within the current Season, irrespective of the date of purchase.
9.3
The Gold Package shall automatically expire on 30th June of the applicable Season, regardless of when it was purchased.
9.4
The Gold Package includes:
  • Access to the Platform
  • Ability to post labour requirements
  • Booking and feedback features
9.5
The base amount of the Gold Package is strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
9.6
The Gold Package may be purchased at any time during the Season, however:
  • No extension beyond 30th June shall be provided
  • No prorated refund shall be given for partial usage

10 Add-On Services

10.1
The Platform offers add-on service categories within the Gold Package.
10.2
These add-ons may include (but are not limited to):
  • Requirement boosting
  • Priority lead delivery
  • Additional lead packages
  • Featured listings
  • Faster contractor matching
  • Any other premium services introduced by the Platform
10.3
Add-ons:
  • Are requirement-specific
  • Are valid for up to 30 days or until requirement fulfillment, whichever is earlier
  • Can be purchased multiple times during the Season, as per user needs

11 Seasonal Restriction (April–June)

11.1
The Platform shall not entertain or process new labour requirements during the last three months of the Season, i.e., from 1st April to 30th June.
11.2
During this period:
  • Users may still purchase the Gold Package, however it will remain valid only until 30th June
  • No labour requirement services shall be executed

12 Refund Policy

12.1 Gold Package (Base Plan)

The base subscription fee is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of time of purchase, usage or non-usage, or seasonal restrictions.

12.2 Add-On Services (General Rule)

Add-on payments shall be refundable only if the Platform fails to provide a minimum of 3 genuine contractor leads for that requirement.

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be raised within 14 days after completion of the 30-day requirement cycle
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days

12.3 Add-Ons Purchased During April–June

Any add-on services purchased between 1st April and 30th June shall be eligible for full refund.

Refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

12.4 No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Leads were delivered but the user did not respond
  • Incorrect or incomplete requirement details were provided
  • Delay or failure was caused due to user inaction

⚠️ Final Authority

All refund decisions are final at the discretion of the Platform, in accordance with the policies stated above.
